Bringing pics from photo bin to workspace
I am using pe4. Trying to make collages. I have 4 pics which i am able to bring into editor from files on my hard drive. They all 4 show up in photo bin. I usually have to change one of them for my background. When I click the move tool and then click the next pic it just replaces the pic in layers palette instead of making a new layer. Can somebody help. thanks.
