How to create this effect
I'm new to photoshop and using Elements 6. Any suggestions would be a great help. Thanks.

Lila, honestly it is far less an "effect" and more a perfectly focused and exposed image, probably done with high end camera equipment and a bunch of studio lights (notice the lack of shadows being cast by the model) and the bright "key light".
The only image data still embedded in the file indicates only that it was "photoshopped" in CS2, and it really looks like perhaps some Hue and (de) Saturation adjustments, or negative Vibrance in more recent Adobe Camera Raw incarnations. Certainly nothing fancy (in photoshop), just a beautifully crafted image to start with. Jeff |
