Make sure you have clicked the Add Zoom button...

Have fun with your bees. I did notice you were on AF-A , With my Nikon I do find it better to use AF-S for stationary bees and old wrecks and AF-C for tracking moving bees. Was never too impressed...

You probably need to uncheck the borderless box. I have that printer and only certain sizes allow borderless and custom (or 9x13) isn't one of them. Uncheck the box and you should see custom.

Have you tried using Photomerge Faces in PSE 12. It usually works quite well and you don't need to worry about auto blending as it does it for you.
