I cannot send photo HTML using outlook or adobe email service. I get an error message elements could not finish creating your email message please make sure outlook is set to default email program in internet control panel. Outlook is my default and when I try using the adobe email service it says I do not have a internet connection (which I do). Any ideas? I am thinking about uninstall/reinstall. This feature was working before. The only changes to my PC recently was uninstalling mcafee and installing zone alarm & AVG. I have this same setup on my desktop with no problems. Thanks.

Skip Elements. Just go to Outlook, compose your message and attach your images or type in the link.

Thanks, but I am interested in fixing the problem. I like the way elements does photo html.

Do you mean using Outlook Express? If so, simple fix is to follow steps to create the message in OE and it probably comes up on the screen now looking like a message to you, or to others but with no "Send" button. Just click the "Forward" button and forward the message to the right person(s) using manual address entry or entries from your Address Book (which should be populated from addresses you used in Elements if you clicked that option when you sent items before). Also delete from the message any stray info (such as original msg. "to you") before sending off. The only true "fix" I'm aware of is to uninstall the recent MS security update which is not wise.
