Bad audio on video tips

Am getting unusable audio on the video tips - sounds choppy & garbled. Downloaded and installed newest version of Quick Time, no improvement. Any ideas?

Don,

Try changing the "SoundOut" settings in Quick Time. To do this go to Conrol Panel and click on the Quick Time logo.

This will bring up the Quick Time Settings window. Select "SoundOut" from the list and then try changing the setting to "Wave Out".
