Problem with editor in PSE3

I've had PSE3 for over a year now and this has never happened before. When I try to open an image in the editor, it goes right back to the organizer with the 'edit in progress' band over it; however, when I click on the editor icon, the image isn't there. :confused: I've tried closing and reopening elements. Anyone have any ideas about what is going and and what can be done to fix it?

Well, now Elements has apparently 'fixed' its problem. I tried again and voila, there it was.:)
