Whats size's are best to use whem making a collage or scrapbook?

Kev,
That depends upon how you plan to print it. If you're sending it out for printing, you can make it any size you want. Here in the U.S., the size of a standard traditional scrapbook page is 12"x12". However, if you're printing out the pages yourself, you might want to size them 8"x10" or 8-1/2"x11". And some scrapbook pages are 8"x8".

You might also want to consider creating two-page spreads.

There are scrapbook templates in Photoshop Elements 3. Just click on Create (next to the Photo Browser), then click on Create Photo Pages.
