Coloring book style

Hi does anyone know if photoshop 3.0 has an tool to make your pictures into a coloring book page?

It really depends on the image ...

Try Filter>Sketch>Photocopy ... that works on some images but if it doesn't on yours then try some of the other filters under Filter>Sketch.

They won't give you a true colouring book effect of black lines and white paper but if you just want them for the kids to colour in then I'm sure that one of them will work OK for you.

Also, after Wendy's good tip, run a Filter / Adjustments / Posterize command. That'll remove some of the details, for a best colouring book effect.
