Scanning for Plug-ins PSE3

I'm finding that startup of PSE3 is taking quite a bit of time. In particular, the "Scanning for Plug-Ins" alone is taking upwards of 30-45 seconds. Is anyone else experiencing this lengthy startup process?

I have the same problem, but it's most likely due to the amount of plugins I have installed. Xenofex, PowerToys, Eyecandy 5 Textures, and countless others...
