Batch rename

I know . . . I know . . . the tags feature in Organizer is favored, however I name every photo. And the name/rename feature of the program is inadequate, forcing me to use another program to achieve my name/rename/batch rename needs. Surely it would be an easy thing for Adobe to incorporate such a facility in Elements.

Have you tried the "Rename Multiple Files" option within the File Browser?

Yes, I have tried the option you mention, Mike, but it is inadequate for my purposes. Perhaps I should not expect so much. In the meantime, I have other software that will do the trick (XnView and Lupas Rename). But it would be nice, and more convenient, to have it all in one place -- Elements.
