Joco, there are many tutorials and a menu for each set. They are all around 15 - 20 mb so they take a little to load but you should get a loading % as it loads. They are all Flash movies so you also need to have the latest version of Flash installed from macromedia.com
From http://www.chuckengels.com click on the blue 'Tutorial' ticket, that will open the Tutorial page where you have a choice of tutorial groups. Click on the link to the group you want to see, when that menu opens click on the tutorial link for the tutorial that you want to watch. That's about all there is to it.

Chuck,
Flash videos are not real popular around here today.
I wanted to says thanks for the info on Camtasia that you passed along to me a few weeks back. I purchased the program and quite like it. I've already done a dozen videos for my people at work and they seem to be going over very well. I appreciate the tip.

No Problem Norm, glad to help. I ended up sticking with Captivate but like Camtasia also. Captivate does a few thing automatically that I couldn't figure out how to make Camtasia do. Both are very good programs to create tutorials and training videos.
