Oversize prints on HP Photosmart

My HP Photosmart 8450 does not print the entire photo shown in PSE4, even when the photo is cropped to standard sizes, e.g. 4x6, 5x7, etc., and printed borderless on standard paper, such as 4x6, 8x10, etc. The photo is apparently printed about 3-5% oversize, so that the entire image does not fit on the paper and outside edges are lost. Some parameter is likely not adjusted correctly, but have been unable to tell whether it's the printer or PSE4.

It's in the printer's driver. I can't really assist because I don't have an HP printer, but go through all the settings, you'll find one that deals with this. On my Epson, it's called : Expansion.
