Film Strip Tutorial??

Can anyone suggest a tutorial or video on how to do a Film Strip with a big picture behind it? I've seen several pictures in the "Gallery" section. I love the effect and would like to try to create that myself. I checked "Wendy's Tutorials" but cannot find anything that says "Film Strip". Is it called something else??

If you are a subscriber there are videos on doing the film strips from scratch and also a download of filmstrip that can be added to any image.
