Do you have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements? If you have Photoshop, then this can be done in Image Ready (Slice /*Divide Slice).
If you have Photoshop Elements, then there's no automated solution. You'll have to make a selection and save it (or use the fixed size option), set the grid to match your image and number of slice, then make sure the snap to grid option is on. Now, when you create a new selection, it'll snap to the grid and with the fixed size, all your slice will be identical. Copy this selection, and then paste in a new document (File / New from clipboard) and save this new image. A long work, I am afraid. Them might be a freeware available to do this. Check on www.versiontracker.com or www.download.com

I don't see any tool for that on that link, can you be more specific? I was just needing to be able to do this ironically.
Carbone I am a bit slow on the uptake, I didn't understand those instructions.

Waren,
The first part refers to a software which is shipped with Photoshop (full, not Elements).
The second part, I'll try to make a video.

I periodically removed stuff because I don't have unlimited storage space. So if you see something you think you might need at some point in the future, you'd be better to save it right away ;)

Ray,
I don't get any sound when I play your videos. Is there any or do you have to be a Mac user to hear anything?

No, there's no sound in this video (as with most of the video I do). I just don't speak English well enough to impose this upon you ;)

Ray,
You could simply record the audio in French. That way, your tutorials would serve as a language lesson, as well!! :p

I think I got it memorized. I am using it to make a signature banner for another site (we as users found a sneaky way around the size restriction of images in the sig line - it is only allowed 100X100 pixels, so we chop up banners into five pieces and then put the five pieces side by side to reconstruct the banner - devilish little bunch aren't we) - the snag was that I had to figure out in order to get the piece a small enough file size I had to use "save for web." Once I figured that out it was a snap.

Well for my part you could record in French (I did French at University & am a qualified high school French teacher!)
