I've just finished watching the new 'selection' video (great one by the way :) ) and as always I went to my Temp. Internet Files to copy the quicktime video and past it in My Document, it wasn't there
I have done this so many times before and now all of a sudden it's not there........anyone have any idea on what's going on? I did the same as always, went to Tools>Internet Options>Settings and from there I always saw the quicktime video which I'd then copy and past into My Documents.
First I thought maybe the video didn't download properly so I ended up watching 3 different videos in the subscribers area and none of them show up in my file :(
I have no clue as to what's going on.
Could someone please give me some advice?

Hi Mel,
Clear your temporary internet files and then try again. To clear the files go to Tools > Internet Options and click on "Delete Files".
Let me know how you get on.

I cleared the temporary internet files and watched the video again, but it still doesn't show up
Do I also need to delete the 'cookies'?

Mel: Go to the tools sections then choose Internet Options, Next choose settings, then choose view files when the Temporary Internet window opens up go up to the top and choose view from the tool bar. Next choose Arrange icons by, then choose Type. This will put your files in alpahbetical order bye the type of file it is, gif, jpeg, etc. Just scroll down to you get to the M's and look for movie file. Hope this helps.

Never mind I found it.....usually when I have watched a video, straight after I go to 'save' it and it's always right down the bottom of the list in my temp files. This time it wasn't :o
Thanks again Mike for the help :)

Mel,
Glad to see that you sorted it...
Deleting the temporary internet files regularly is good housekeeping practice.
