I have a picture that instead of the thumbnail it is like two piece that are broken type thing. I remember somewhere reading about broken links but what to do about it is now the question and I can not find it anywhere that I look. Probably should look at the book that came with the program but did look in a couple of other books without sucess.
Anyone know what I am talking about?

Sandi,
What you are seeing is not the "broken link" icon, which is a small red symbol in the bottom centre of the photo.
I have never seen the icon you have, but I previously found a reference to it...
The icon you have means a there is a file association problem. It could be with the file extension on the image (e.g. jpeg or psd), which occurred during the last save. This can't be fixed in Organizer. You need to rename the file in Windows Explorer, delete the thumbnail from Organizer and then re-load the picture into Organizer using "Get Photos > From Files & Folders".
Let me know how you get on.

i can not see the picture to be able to do anything with it so can not find it to do something with it. It just looks like a torn ribbon in black and white here the picture resided but there is not picture there any longer.

What I am saying is that I do not know which picture it is that did not flow into Organizer so can not go and rename it. Oh well it is a lessen.
I am still confused though, if I name all my pictures as they go into my pictures, when I go get them in Organizer they will not have the name I gave it unless I name it in Organizer? So Just pull them all into Organizer, name them and then will the name stick in "My Pictures"?
