default for e-mail attachments

pdf and jpg-e mail attachments are automatically opened with PSE4. How can I change this to Adobe Reader and Windows Picture and Fax viewer?

Jerry, here is one way.
Open Windows Explorer and find any PDF file. Right click and select Properties. In the Open With box change this to Adobe Reader and make sure Use Everytime box is checked.
Do the same same thing with a JPG file and make the Open With Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
This should fix the problem.
