Help, help, help!

I just loaded the Hidden Power tools for 4---my book came today. They show up in my explorer in the right place, but they do not show up in my styles and effects in elements.
When I loaded Jodi's Frames (they are very nice)--it seems I had to go in and delete something to get it to reset.
I should have writtien it down. If someone can walk me through that again, I would appreciate it AND I will write it down this time.

You need to delete the cache folder (or rename it to cache_old if you want). It's in the Preview folder. The power tools are in the Effects folder which is also in the Preview Folder - you can check in that folder to see if the Power tools are there - you should see about six folders named Power something).

Let us know if that works.

Oops - should have said make sure Elements isn't running when you do it - not sure what would happen if it was.
