Creating Custom backgrounds for Album Pages

Can anyone out there tell me whether or not it's possible to create custom album pages in PE4 for windows. I wanted to create and album page with a company/committee logo and address on the top of each page.

I would figure it's in the templates used to create album pages, but I can find no way of adding my own nor can I find a way to edit the existing ones.

Please help if you have the know how.:)

Take a look in 'C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 4.0\shared_assets\templates\album' or wherever you have it installed. In there are the template files 'tpl' along with an associated jpg that shows the resulting album background. If you open one of these tpl files in notepad you will see the layout is a kind of html and php scripting. It may be better to use an appropriate editor than doing it by hand.
