Hello all

After the input I received on the Sky replacement video I decided to edit it with pans, zooms and callouts.

Thanks to Val, Ray, Norm and others I downloaded the Camtasia software that made the changes possible. I hope the video will be more useful and easier to follow.

I also found an error, so here is a correction. When removing the color from the duplicate sky I incorrectly said "Edit” menu when I should have said "Enhance” menu”

Butch, that video is brilliant. Easy to follow and everything is clearly explained. One question is there any way I can save the video to view later?

Hi Karen

You can download directly from Google. It will just be a link . But you can then go directly to the video rather than looking for the link in the forum.

By default, the video downloaded won't play on a Macintosh (AVI files are a Windows format). That said, for any Mac users interested in saving this video, use one of the two application :

- VLC
- MPlayer OS X 2

They'll both handle AVI files.

Hope this helps!

I think to only thing you down load is a file pointer from Google... it has an extension of GVP...Google video pointer

They only accept files in the Mgeg4 and mov format. My video was in the mov format.

But maybe I am missing something.... I usually am :p

Upper right hand corner is a Download button. The file is then transferred as an AVI

That's an excellent example of how to use a clipping mask. Fantastic. Never thought about using it that way.

Brilliant - best PS/PSE tut on Google (I looked at a couple of others and even your first was better :) )
