Hi,
another one using the blending technique.
The photos were taken by by fiend DP, who doesn't want his name shown. The frame is one of Judis'.
Comments welcome.
Kev.

Kev, that is great, once again the blending is magic. Like the small insert of the two images in the scroll - well done. :)

Karen,
thank you, glad you like it.
I know you have dingos in Oz but do you have anything like our fox?
Kev:)

Jodi,
pleased you like it.
Nature is cruel, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

lol...Kev, not always, my cat is the best mouser around...yesterday I watched a mouse get the best of her ! He was a plump fellow and he sat on his bum in the grass and every time she went near him he would jump on her ! She did have the mouse in her mouth a time or two for a brief moment but after many many minutes of a somewaht battle the mouse got away. It was alot of just sittin and watching on both their parts tho the mouse appeared to have quite a sense of power over the cat. It was too funny to watch. I was glad the mouse got away ...he put up such a good fight...he deserved to live ! You should have heard him hissing !

Kev, do we have foxes? Of course, we do; those bloody first settlers brought them and rabbits over here for the "glorious" hunting (fox) and eating (rabbits) The rabbits eat our native wildlife out of house and home and the foxes just eat them

Norm,
I think Jodi meant chattering, that is gnashing its little teeth.
The mouse must have been watching Tom and Jerry.
Glad you like my effort.

Karen,
By Bloody first settlers I presume you mean the upper class ones not the cons.
So thats foxes, rabbits and I believe in the fishing world - carp, all pests from us to you. Hope you forgive us.

Kev, of course, I meant the upper class; the cons had nothing to bring even if they had been allowed to bring anything :D Yes, carp as well and don't forget all the noxious weeds they picked up on the way - for example from South Africa. Oh, Kev, I don't hold you personally responsible :) Those first settlers all thought they were doing the right thing, didn't they?

Karen ...

Oh dear ... have to admit that whilst foxes look cute they are a total nuisance. Last year they killed 20 of our neigbours hens in one night :(

Wendy,
foxes always kill more than they can take away if they get among chickens. Why, no one seems to know when they seem satisfied to take just one rabbit. Country dwellers tend to dislike foxes and townies think they are cute.

Oh, that's nasty!!!! Good, but nasty!!! LOL I think my husband would like a fox or two for our yard....the bunnies, cute as they are, eat everything in sight. Flower gardens, vegtable gardens ..... and boy, can they multiply....like......well.....rabbits!

the mouse was in fact hissing...I was standing and watching over the fence....everything took place right under my nose. The mouse had his mouth open and was hissing...pretty much identical to that bat I posted but the mouse has smaller teeth ;) It looked like a cartoon. Right before the mouse would jump on that cat he would put his little front paws up and hiss. The mouse looked up at me a time or two as if to say...' aren't you going to help me ? ' I'm glad he got away.

Hi Kev ...

One day our cat picked up a Shrew and she really regretted it ... it fought back big time. Not only do their skins taste awful but when she dropped it the little thing turned on her and attacked her ... after a few moment she ran for home. For once she became the victim :)

It was so funny to watch ...

Wendy,
Shrews will try to bite if you pick one up.
Our cat's attempt at catching a squirrel went wrong when it turned and chased her. Now if there's one around she pretends she hasn't seen it!

Kev ..

I find it wonderful the way cats pretend that things don't exist ...it just so amusing :)
