That is very nice, Robyn. Is there a stained glass tutorial I missed somewhere?

Your entire collection is nice. You've been busy! The pelican shots are great. I especially like the one with the two birds, and the one has it's mouth open.

Thanks for sharing!

Robyn - this is very lovely!! I agree, you really must do a tut for us all! You have mastered this and it is time for you to share with us your secrets. Please, we beg of you!:)

WOW that's stunning. Keep this up and I'll have to get you to design one for my kitchen window to use gallery glass (paint) on!! :D

Gee thanks guys.
I did like the colours, but I did the pattern by hand on the computer and I'm afraid it's a bit out of whack!......I got carried away with it's 'creation' and didn't really notice it until it was too late. But that's good, you learn by your mistakes, and I can now see a better way to do it. I'm flattered that you think I could write a tutorial. If I can, I certainly will........although really it's just a combination of instructions from KT and Wendy. But just for now Barry and I are off in about an hour's time for his first appointment with the oncologist.
Thank you all once again, it's lovely to receive your compliments.

Robyn -- first things first . . . hoping for the best for Barry as he starts his appointments. And secondly -- the stained glass is gorgeous!

Thanks guys.
If there is something coming out in the next newsletter, a tut is probably not necessary.
Tom, the flower was a photo I took some months back with the the 'old' camera.

I hope the tut shows how to get the glass color and texture as well as yours, and then to give the background shadows almost like something is on the other side of your glass. That's what I'm not getting. I want to try this but am just not getting the quality of glass that I want.

Nancy,

After trying several different ways I did my glass following Wendy's instructions. They are ..........

Create a new image 1000 x 1000 pixels.
Set default colour (press D)
Cloud render
Motion blur 43 degrees......distance 220
Ocean ripple size 8 magnitude 18
Levels......drag the white slide in until the image looks okay.

I think you will find that you can't go wrong with that.:D
