Hi Alice ...
Just thank goodness he didn't catch that Raven ... that would have been classed as an act of treason  ..and we all know what the penalty for that would have been. :) :)
Nice work on the image .. :)

Er not really the done thing old girl, causes a bit of a hoo ha trying to get rid of the ravens from the tower. Something about England falling if they should ever leave the tower, so some trumped up colonial feline coming over here and getting all unnecessary is just not cricket.
H77 quickly deletes all evidence of his dog 'worrying' the stars and stripes....

Alice,
pleased to see that Raffy has crossed the pond.
Love the effect, not sure that Her Majesty would like a cat so close to her Ravens, come to that nor a cat like himself so close to the Crown Jewels.
You have shown Raffy in the everyday working uniform of a Beefeater, any chance of one in ceremonial dress?

I explained to Raffy the consequences of feathery fast food:eek:,so he promised to behave!:D
Thanks,Kev!Hope this is OK-I had a hard time finding a good enough picture,i.e. in a decent resolution!
Thanks,Karen, but I have a looong way to go!
Don't worry,Hamlet!Raffy is a true blue Monarchist! Most Canadians still are!You should see the turnout when any of the Royals, especially the Queen, comes to visit!(He thinks your dog is cool, and "very British" looking!)(Grenadier Doggie?):D

Alice and Raffy,
now who's a smart cat!
We love our Yeomen Of The Guard, or as we call them Beefeaters.
For those who don't know, they are all ex Senior Warrant Officers with at least 20 years service and of exemplary conduct.
They were formed by Henry the 7th, the Chief Warder used to escort prisoners to their trials by barge, carrying the executioners axe.
On the way back to to the Tower, the way the blade was pointing showed whether or not they were for the chop.
No wonder we call it The Bloody Tower!
So Raffy, no winking, well at least not in uniform.
