Ordering prints fails

I've have tried numerous times to order prints, but each time I get to the point where the photos are being uploaded to Kodak the process stops and fails after only a few photos have been uploaded. Help! I have successfully ordered prints in the past. Thanks, Marie

What is the cost from Kodak? Also, how does it work out when orders from Canada? Duty and that kind of thing?
