Where do I put . . .

I have downloaded the kaleidoscope and it has a .8bf extension, where do I install it in PSE4?

The other one is the stamp from Panos FX site and it has an .ATN extension. I found lots of folders with this extension but which one is the correct one for this?

Karen, go back to the PansoFX site, there are full instruction on how and where to download to. You will have to create a new directory. It not hard, cause I did it. Same goes for the stamp. Have to go to work now. So If you still have problems, I sure someone will be along later to assist you.

Let's see if I can help.
The kaleidoscope filter goes into Plug Ins.
For the Panos filters Unzip them and then create a new folder called Panos.
Place the filters and the Jpegs in the folder and then put this folder in the Effects Folder.
Then you have to go to cache folders and clear them.
then start PE, all should be OK.
Remember don't have PE open when you're adding the filters.

Kev, thanks. I went back to the PanosFX site and, would you believe, read the instructions :eek: . I now have the stamp where it should be but have not used it yet. Now the other one - I need to find that site and :o read the instructions :D
