The animations are easy,kev-they have to be for me to figure them out.
You just decide if you want the same background in each frame,or a different one,and how many frames it'll take.
If all the same,just duplicate it that many times.If different,just assemble all the ones you want to use,and bring in each one in the order you want by dragging and dropping.
Then change any details you want in each frame,then start with the bottom one,and add what you want to it.It's probably a good idea to make the BG a layer.
When the 1st is done,hide it and all but the next one,make your changes,and so on with the rest of the layers as you work your way up,hiding all but the one you're working on.
When you've got them all ready,unhide all the layers,resize the whole image to 600 px or less,and go to Save for the web,pick GIF,transparency,animate,and adaptive,and set the loop time (I used 2 seconds),and hit OK.
I don't know if you can preview it or not-I've never tried.I just upload it to imageshack or pixentral,and hope for the best!With pixentral,you can see it right away,but with imageshack,you get the choice of a hotlink (no.1's the
best if you want it to show up full blown in the post.
You can resize it in imageshack so that it's not so ruddy big as mine-I didn't realize it was THAT big.til I saw it,but you sure can see the details (and the goofs!).(I should have picked the 320x? option-I used the 640x? one).

Can you tell me what the secret is to getting your animations to show up in the thread? If I copy and paste them, sometimes they show up as animation and other times they just show a text path, but no picture or animation.
