May be wrong profile to do this type of mirror reflection (so to speak) on, but didn't have to different side profiles. So I just tried it using what I had. Comments / suggestion on improving are more then welcome, as I move along the learning process. :)

Valerie,
I wonder if moving the couple in the background down to the bottom edge might take away the "floating heads" effect. Perhaps anchor it along the bottom and then increase the size. You can then move the oval up and to the side a little more. Just a suggestion you might try. I love the effect and you you have done a nice job putting it together.

Valerie,
Your gallery with those selective blurs are really something. Beautiful & full of emotion.

Nancy, Mary & Wendy Thank you for your comments. At first I had the heads anchor'd at the bottom,so it looked like Jason was looking in the mirror, but...due to the way the photographer took the picture, the top of Jason's hair line was cut off and no matter how much cloning I tried, just couldn't get it to like right (too phoney looking) so that's why I had to put up top so it won't be noticed (never dawned on me about the floating look...dah). If you have any sugggestion on how to correct hair line, or correct floating look,I will try it. Or maybe I'm just best to try and find another picture to try this again. Thx again for you suggestions/help

Hi Valerie ...
This is one I did a while ago showing how to reconstruct a head :)
To make a new top to his head ... try this:
Make a selection ... like I have done here (A)
Edit>Copy, Edit>Paste ... then move it into place (B)
Duplicate it twice and move into place (C)
Create a new layer above and tidy up the join with the clone tool (D)
... and there you have a new top to the head :)

I would give Wendy's direction a try and if that doesn't work out then perhaps try using a gradient blend to soften the lower edge and make them blend into the sky a little better.

Thx Wendy & Nancy. Will try Wendy's suggestion first, but if you saw the original picture there is so little space on top to make it look good, but I will try (Jason has very short hair to start with) If I still can't get it to work (look good), I will try your suggestion Nancy. Thx both of you again

Hi Valerie ...
Before you start work on it extend the canvas on the image and see if that helps :)
If you want to then post an image on Pixeltral and I'll see what I can do with it ..
