Kay she loved it and thanks for asking!! I even gave her the dud (that I printed the inside upside down. Then she says to me, " Mom, could you print these for me? I need, 3 x 3 and 4 x 4 and the biggest one you can print of this one." :) Their printer is out of ink but also she's not into fixing up photos by removing red eye etc, so that was my project last night. She had a very cute one of her and her 3 friend's wearing these rabbit ears masks that covered part of their face. The only problem was the big tag that covered part of the ears since they didn't purchase them but only tried them on at the store and took their pictures together. I had some fun with the clone tool and got rid of it.

Pauline?
Hey tomorrow is my day! Love those "Spring" birthdays even though it is still freezing here.

Happy birthday to your daughter.

I have a question on how you got writing in the circle form. I have done some but am interested how you did yours? I used Polar Coodinates method....is that how you did it? Love your work.

Oh, I'm glad she liked it but not surprised. It' s something she should frame.
My daughter (3) asked to hang my clown picture on her wall, but I first have to find a pink frame (her favorite color today).

Well happy birthday to you tomorrow BJ!
The words in a circle was a template from scrappersguide.com (paid subscription).

I believe if you do a search for words in a circle this topic has come up before. I wonder if you could do it using the warp tool also and doing it in 2 sections. I've never tried.

Pauline, You said that the words in a circle was a template from scrappersguide.com (paid subscription). I have her paid subscription and I don't recall seeing that template...Can you tell me what month that was from.

Thanks Pauline,
I have had pretty good results with the Polar Coodinates but will give the Warp a go.
Great work. Your daughter will love it!

Dorrie, you caught me in a lie! I went back and looked in my folder and it wasn't Scrappers guide but "trish jones artistry" Free downloads and please don't ask from where because I haven't a clue. Maybe you can google the name. I keep scrappers guide separate but the other stuff I just can't. I have 2 digital scrapbooking magazines and I know one day I went to the 'free section' and downloaded quite a few things. Sorry about that.

Pauline, no need to apologize. I understand how easy it is to not remember where you get stuff when there's so much out there for the taking, but thanks for clearing up the mystery on Scrappers Guide.:D

Gary, your 'baby' was born the day after Sam (my eldest).

I have some sad news for you. Apparently kids only want to leave home when they are between the ages of 14-16 and KNOW EVERTHING. After that you can't get rid of them. There was just an article on the news the other night about the fact that kids are staying home in their twenties and THIRTIES!!!! One particular late 20 something said, "why should I leave home and have to pay for rent?" His Mom didn't seem bothered by it and said she prefered him living with her than living alone. I was appalled by the fact that he drove a FORTY THOUSAND dollar car and never paid a cent in rent.

For economic reasons some times it's easier to live with your parents but if working full time and still living at home they should at least be contributing to the bills or how would they ever learn what the 'real world' is like?

I had to laugh when I read this thread. My last one to leave was 27. He did pay rent and any additional charges to the phone and or cable bill but the thing that got to him the most was........"While you are in my house you will obey my rules".....quote from father himself....:) Tough Love!!(no late nights.....overnite guests...etc)
He finally got tired of that (and a little embarrassed) by his friends that he decided to go. Being the "good" parents :) that we were told him "Don't pay rent to someone else" Buy you own house. Which he did and thank God is still in.....where we promptly downsized to a smaller home with only 2 bedrooms therefore giving all the children the hint. But, I do miss them being home............:( and invite them for dinner any chance I get:D

Anna that is a great story. I think the secret is to make sure that they at least have responsibilities if they want to remain living at home. Our house already is small. When we bought it I thought it was the perfect size to retire in. We've made do with what we have and it would be nice to have a 'family' room. As it stands when they kids have friends over they go to their rooms with them. If my house was bigger I think my daughter's boyfriend would try to move in!!
