I've downloaded about two thirds of the subscriber videos......no problems.
I thought this morning I would download the rest. Click on view video (on any of the videos) and NOTHING happens.
Is there a problem with the site at the moment.......does anyone know?

Robyn I tried the rainbow and it worked fine. Are there particular videos you are trying to get?

Donna, the things that is stressed is you MUST have the latest version of QuickTime and you MUST wait until the video has finished downloading before trying to watch it. Hope this helps.

Hi Robyn ...
I had some problems with the subscriber area late last night ... I think they may have been doing some work on the site :)

Donna,
Quicktime 7 is the latest version (free upgrade), but what it's probably telling you is that you need is Quicktime Pro-which is 29.99. Pro does lots of extra stuff, but it was worth the small price just to be able to so easily download the videos, IMO:)
