Hi Kat.... I think the starburst effect was created with some Flare brushes. I have downloaded some of these from Adobe Exchange .... http://share.studio.adobe.com/axQuickSearchSubmit.asp?txt=Flare+Brushes&allprods=0&submit1.x=49&submit1.y=6

These are really great brushes and give great effects. You can use them in all sorts of ways....just use your imagination ;)

Hi Kat ...

My guess is a Flare brush too ... I have always used the two sets by KarlS that Mel mentioned and they are just great but I recently found some others that are worth downloading too. They have some different effects. Sometimes the search links in Adobe only work for a short time but if the link does stop working then just so a search on "Skip Star Sparkle" ... they are by Skipp Barttles.
