View Full Version : cannot save as jpg

When I first installed elements I had numerous formats that a picture could be saved as. Now I can only save in one of 6 formats and jpg is not one of them. I am guessing that this is a problem with my computer or OS and not elements, but if anyone has epxerienced this I'd like to know.

Be sure your image is in RGB fomat and is in 8 bit and not 16 bit.

making my image 8 bits per channel did solve the problem. Thank you Jodi.
