How would you make water little whiter in PSE3 ? Please show steps .Thanks

Here is the same shot using Enhance>Adjust Color> Adjust Hue and Saturation. In the drop down box select the blue channel and desaturate all the way and increase lightness all the way.

Thanks Bill that was shot handheld with XT 17 mm with 17-85mm f7.1 1/3 sec
ISO 100. Not bad for my shaking hands . Regards .
