I have five JPG scans that were emailed to me, three show up in my Organizer as an hourglass, the other two appear in the Organizer as normal thumbnails. The three that are an hourglass are 1.3MB, 1.5MB, and 2.0MB, the two that are normal thumbnails are 1.7MB each.
All five are in the same folder, I've rechecked the links, and I can open all five in the Editor and view them just fine.
I know that they are large files, but the inconsistancy in the Organizer is baffling to me. Any suggestions?
