Will not stack!!

I just installed PS3.0 on a new computer and down loaded some new pics. When I select images to stack and try to stack them a stack is created in each images. For instance - if I select 3 images to stack and try to stack them what I get is three images - each with a stack of the other 2 images. I used to be able to stack images on my old computer. Any ideas????

Hi Kurt; Im not sure of the sequence you used but, This is what works for me.

Select the photos you want to stack, then chose Edit >Stack> stack selected photos.

When I do this I end up one stack of multiple pics..
