Videos in the Subscriber section

Hi all,

I haven't user the subscriber video tips until now. So forgive me if the following questions have been asked before.

Are you supposed to have any controls when the quicktime video opens? I dont have any controls to replay the video, the only option I have is to close the window.

Am I right in saying that you can not save these videos to your hard drive?

Hi!

You should have controls, make sure you wait for the video to load all the way. You can save the videos, if you go to the FAQ section, it explains how:

You should be able to retrieve a copy of the vidoe from your temporary internet files. I suggest sorting the folder by size, forcing the largest ones to the top. See this screenshot for rough directions.

the start/stop/play buttons are at the very bottom of the screen and if you cannot view them you will need to adjust your monitor settings. I had this problem in the beginning.

Located the controls at the very bottom of the screen - they were obscured.

Have also saved the videos to my hard drive.
