When it gives me the screen to sync my account, I put in my first and last name and email (Norman Behling, nlbehling@hotmail.com). Then it gives me this error:
Error: We're sorry, but there was a problem: We could not find anyone in our member database with that exact information. Check to make sure the information is exactly correct and was what you originally supplied us--email addresses can change often.

Ok, is this what you typed exactly...when you registered back in Dec?

It has to be exactly the same, punctuation, capitalization spelling email everything...also did your email change since you registered then, if so it's going to be looking for the old email address...

My wife did it as a present for me. She doesn't remember, and didn't save the email. I know the email address was vsbehling@hotmail.com. But other than that, she doesn't know what name (hers or mine) she used, or what. I know the membership code (I have that saved) if that helps. Is there any way to reset it?

You will need to call Customer Service monday morning, sorry I can't do anything about it from here:( Tell them that your wife got it for you and doesn't remember the information, you will need to give them your name and have them look it up for you and fix it:)

I finally figured it out. I had to look at the way the magazine was addressed to me to figure out that my wife had also used my middle initial (for whatever reason). I'm in now. Thanks for your patience!!!!!!!
