1. go to the Home Page
2. click the Click Here link to create a new login
3. then type in your gallery name and password that you have been using
that should take you to a page that will sync your accounts.
4. type in your first name, last name and email address that you used to create your account way back when...it must match EXACTLY to what you used before.
(if you typed Fred B. for the first name, you must type Fred B. for the first name again)
5. that should take you to a page to create a new username and password that will work for the gallery and subscriber area.

(even if you have done this a hundred times already, please try it again:)

IF you get an error that says you already created an account...
Cick the lost your username or password link
that will ask for your email, to send you your loggin information.
It's an automated system but may take a bit to get the information sent to you. When you get the info use that to log in to your account. IF you don't get the information that means that your email has changed since you signed up, and you will need to contact CS to update that information to get back in.
If you get any other errors other than the already created account you will again need to contact CS to get reset.

Tried for the 101st time and still no joy. Did manage to get an email from the automated system yesterday but that login info (which was the one I'd been trying with) didn't work either (nor did a call to CS). Oh well, I'm a patient type, I can wait and the snow's stopped and the sun's come out.........:)

I missed all the fun and games with this. but it's working perfectly for me. I just created a new log on and password and use that to sign on to the Subscribers Area...

Hi Wendy,

It's good to be back here... even if it's only for a flying visit... should be back full time in a few days.
