Frustrated

I am so frustrated. I was sent an e-mail that said I could now get in to my gallery. When I tried I got the usual error message.
AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Can somebody please stop this merry go round!

Did you try the sign up process from the home page after you got the email? Most people have had to do that and then all is fine.

Hi Sherrie,
I know how you feel, I'm still locked out and I have sent several emails and called customer serv. I did get an email back (yesterday) that said they were updating the system (duh:rolleyes: ) and to wait 24 hours. Well, it's been 25 hours and it's still not letting me in. Don't know how many of us are still locked out, but it's after 5PM in Florida and I don't know if anyone is going to put OT to fix this for just a couple of people. I've been relatively patient till now, but now I'm starting to get angry, what with the possibility of being locked out for the entire weekend.........Is the cyberbar still open? I could use a nice glass of white wine about now;)

Gloria--I just got off the phone with customer service and she said that they're working on it, yada, yada, yada. Guess it will be awhile longer for us....
She couldn't do anything for me, she said.

Gee Guys...I feel guilty (though I don't have anything to do with managing the site or customer service). I initially had problems as well but finally was able to follow the directions provided on the home page to resolve all issues.

I can imagine your frustration. Kinda like being locked out of your own home! Hope the pieces fall into place quickly and you're back 'in'.

Keep trying. This is very case sensitive as in no margin for error. I found out the hard way. Any letter, space or period that is included or omitted will end up as an error. And there hasn't been a video posted as of yet.

I'm in the same boat as "those who wait... and wait.... and..." I'm trying to be patient too. Since I'm an Operations Manager in a Customer Care center, I know the frustration of being on their end when things aren't working. I'm sure they are doing everything they can to get it up and running. We just need to show a lot of love towards them because they must be pulling their hair out trying to do the best thing they can for us. You know that they cherish us as their customer and want what's best for us --- they are not doing this intentionally. Although it is frustrating for us, it is even more frustrating for them.

Come on team... we can ralley behind them and encourage them like we do each other. They are working for us!! I know they will come through.

Well, I just tried again. It is 6:59 in OH and I was told yesterday to give them another 24 hours. Well, it's been way over 24. I'm sure they are doing everything they can but this is just so annoying. I have a couple of things I want to put on my gallery and I can't even get to it. Oh I can look at it all I want, but I can't sign in to add anything! Oh well, this gives me time to get over this sinus infection I have.
Think I'll go have me a wine cooler!

Eva, I wondered if it was case sensitive, so I've tried all different ways and no luck. Just tried again - again no luck.

I did notice something wierd and I'm wondering if it is part of the problem. A couple of times when I was looking at the Gallery, I clicked on Browse all Galleries, and I noticed in the upper right hand corner it said I was logged in.:eek: So I went to one of my pictures and clicked on it and it actually took me to my gallery where I had the options of editing my gallery. Thinking I was logged in, I went to the subscribers area, only to be asked to log in. Soooo, I'm logged in, but NOT logged in. :confused: :mad: So I tried an experiment - went back to my gallery (still said I was logged in) I clicked on log out and went to subscribers area and tried to log in. No luck. Went back to the gallery; said I was logged out. Went to the forum and read some new posts, then went back to the gallery and it said I was logged in:eek: Is this wierd or what???

That happened to me twice, could not get it to occur a third time. Have you received an e-mail with what to enter? It does seem that members are getting back in one by one. It is weird.

I got an email yesterday, stating they were updating the system and it gave me a link where I could sync my account. Then it said to wait 24 hours. I tried to sync my account and got the error (we're all so familiar with). Also, it's been over 30 hours now.

It just seems wierd that when I'm browsing the gallery, sometimes it says I'm logged in and other times it says I'm not. BTW, I tried editing my gallery when it said I was logged in and it won't let me add to my gallery (it goes to the log in page), but I can edit the caption on existing pictures.
