I don't know if anyone is interested in tuts on creating hair,but I found a link in a newsletter I get from Graphics.com to several tuts that deal with the subject.Hope you can use it.

This is a link to another good source for toots,and you can subscribe for a free newsletter,and get an adobe tip of the day-mostly for CS2,but other programs as well.

There seem to be lots of free toots here,too,although they do advertise products for sale,as well.Hope these are useful!
Ooops,forgot one!This is a link to PC World's Digital Focus,written by Dave Johson.There are loads of toots and advice,and a weekly contest-"Hot Pic of the Week",if you take out a free subscription.A lot of the toots are for paint shop pro,but most can be adapted for PSE and PS.

It's here!There is now a version of the Power Tools for PSE4.It's only 14.99 USD,and the installation is incredibly easy!The installer that comes with the download even empties the caches!(Bliss!)Hope this helps.
