Did you try contacting the subscription dept at the 800 number? They might be able to help you. The number is on the back of the premier issue.

I called the 800 number and the lady send it right off for me,should have it in a few days. email seems to do no good

For what it's worth - I don't think the Canadian mail system is on top of things - I've sent mail to friends and it has taken a month for it to be actually delivered there. In talking with a local postmaster about it - seems that Canada is under a private organization and has been known to delay delivery on items.

I don't know, I've been quite satisfied with deliveries to Canada where I have sent my discs USPS Global Priority.

I am glad you got yours Grant. I am still waiting for my 2nd edition. It drives me crazy as I have been checking the mail everyday LOL. I phoned last week about not receiving the 2nd edition so they sent another one in mail.
