Would it be OK to spend money on myself today...on this special love day ??

I'm headed to Walmart to buy my hub a gift...probably something practical like silk boxers with red and pink hearts all over them :lol:

Is it OK to buy myself a Valentine gift while I'm there ? I really do need to love myself better. Too many negative distractions can cause a girl to lose faith in her existence....not really, it's a good excuse tho right ?

This afternoon I went shopping with my wife for my birthday present and spent most of the time and some of the money buying extra Valentines pressies for her...

She puts up with a lot...

I had a lovely day today ... not only a card but a marble heart stone engraved with forever (Ahhhhh) and he made me a romantic CD (even more Ahhhhhh).

Funny thing is even the Cat got a Valentine (from the Cat next Door)... now that is way funny :) :) :)

Wendy, hub still isn't home from work yet so don't know if i'll be surprised or not...sometimes he does..most of the time he doesn't but that's Ok cause i tend to get my own gifts when needed ;) I couldn't find any 'valentine' silk boxers but found some other kooky ones and i bought him a DVD......that I wanted to see..h ah ha ha ha..no, not really...it's a guy flick..I think.

I LOVE the idea of a valentine for the kitty...such a cute idea !

kerri, I bought a box of haircolor....the greys were gettin too noticeable ;)

But that isn't anything unusual...every six weeks. So the answer is NO I did not buy myself a Valentine gift.

I bought my Valentine gifts today ! I bought, listen closely, 3 pairs of Levis jeans ! Well, they were havin a big sale over at ' Peebles' so i could not resist the offer to cascade myself in the 'New Nouveux Low Cut Straight 505's . Now I only wish I had some new tops to go with them ;) So it aint a tablet but at least I'll look half good while dreamin about havin one...the new Wacom Cintiq 21UX that is.

Jodi, that's pretty impressive that you can still wear 505's! The closest I can get is a 545, which is a 'relaxed' fit.....and on me it's not all that relaxed..... :? :x
