Help with the slide mount tutorial

I'm fairly new to Elements 3. I'm trying to do the slide mount tutorial. In the first step it said to use the rounded rectangle shape tool. I can't find it. Please help

Hi, The rounded rectangle is in the custom shape menu. Press custom shape and at the top there will be two rectangles to choose from the second is the rounded rectangle. Good luck.

Press the "u" key down. This will give you the shape tools. On the tool bar at the top the third one in from the left is the rectangle shape tool. Also if you keep tapping "u" key it will cycle through all the shape presets.
