Hey guys,
It was rainy yesterday and my mom got this new flower I don't know what it is called so I am just naming the image After-rain Flower. I love the picture cause I didn't use a big macro lense to capture it. I just used my 18-55 and it did the trick!
Take a look!

Thomas, what a vibrant colour and well composed. I sometimes cheat when it comes to 'rain drops' by using a spray bottle :D

Thomas,
Just beautiful! The color is so intense! I think the flower is a variety of daisy - perhaps a painted daisy - but it is quite stunning!

Beautiful flower - flowers are my favorite subject to photograph.
Karen - I never thought of using a spray bottle to add "rain" to my flowers - I'll have to try that.
Thanks.

Karen,
That is a good tip! Thanks - never thought of it either. Hmmm - one more thing to pack in my bag!

Nice flower! Good to see in February at 32degrees F here in Nebraska. We'll have flowers someday. (In fact, it's almost Valentine's Day. Time to be thinking about what kind I'll buy myself this year!)
