When I used Picasa to organise my photos, it had a watch feature. I could store new photos in the watched folders and when I opened picasa it would detect and automatically add the photos. It seems that PSE3 doesnt do a check on open. It appears that you have to first open PSE3 and then add the photos to the watched folders. As I often add photos without PSE3 being open into the watched folders, is there a command that says "get only new photos from the watched folders?" If I use the get photos feature it doesnt seem to recognise what is new.
