Transform - Perspective

I have used Photoshop Elements 1 for several years but don't have the disks (came preinstalled on a Sony computer). I am interested in getting Elements 3 but need to know if the Transform - Perspective control is still included. I take a number of architectural photos and with my Nikon D70 18-70mm lens I REALLY need the ability to correct for perspective (ie the buildings look like they are falling over backwards).

Can someone with Elements 3 check to see if that capability is still included (I understand it is still in Photoshop CS).
