This is a newly posted upgrade for those who shoot in RAW mode.

I downloaded and installed according to the instructions (remove the previous 8bi file).

When I call a RAW file into edit mode, the RAW editor looks the same as the old one. There were supposed to be some new features added.

Can anyone comment?

Almost forgot, I'm using PSE4.0

Tom,

The changes listed in the PDF are not new commands, they are rather enhancements, such as new warning dialog or a tag being writen in a file.

Can you tell us something in particular that you read would be included and happened to not have been included?

I have RAW 3.3 with PSE4 and it is different "looking" from what I have in PSE3 which is 3.1, which I still have on my system. I can't really say that there are any new features, but there has been a re-organization(placement) of "check boxes" etc.

I use the new one a lot and it works well!

Over on Dpreview.com, the new plugin release was a news item. They posted what appeared to be a screen shot that had several more tabs and dropdowns. And the text mentioned a few new enhancements.

Here's the link: http://www.dpreview.com/news/0601/06013001acr33nikond200.asp

Please understand, I'm a newcomer to RAW, still "getting my feet wet".

I went to DPreview and what you see, I believe is a screen shot of 3.3 as it appears in CS2.
My 3.3 in PSE4 has less tabs and pull downs, in other words less features, but as I said I am really happy with 3.3 in PSE4.

Cheers

Elements and Photoshop use the same Camera Raw plug in ... but some of the feature are blocked in Elements.

The image shown is indeed the Photoshop one ...

OK, that thought had crossed my mind. Thanks All!
