Good Morning Everyone, it's early, I would like to know how to save and action for a frame.
When I creat a frame, how do I save the action in PS4 so that I can recall it.
I save the frame with photo in it Just like I would a normal Post processed image, When I save the frame that way I lose the layer information, I want to save the frame so that when I reopen it all of the layers are still there.
So in other words, I want to save the information in the layers pallet I guess????

PSE has no way to save actions. You need the full cheese (PS CS2) to do that...

Hi Steve ...
I think you may be trying to save a layered file and not an action. When you come to save your file use "Save As" then make sure that you have the format set to Photoshop. It will then save the file as a .psd and when you open it next time all your layers will be intact :)
If you give this file a new name you can use it as a template for other photos !

Another thought. If you are making your frame using the built in Effects in PSE it does collapse all the layers however there are workarounds for this and lots of other ways to make frames that you can save and reuse as Wendy says. Let us know how you make out.

Wendy, that's why you are an enlightened elder. You saw what froggy really wanted. It was a save issue not an actions issue all along...
I will continue to try and snatch the pebble from your hand.
