Viewing video tutorials

Have Windows Media Player 10 & trying access video tutorials..already disabled pop-up blocker but still unable to see videos from time-to-time. Help!:confused:

Sometimes, it's a matter of giving the video enough time to load (minutes and minutes). Do you get any error messages?
