I have learned to look on the CD after installing a given program.
For PSE4, there is a Googies folder (haven't evaluated the contents yet) and a pdf file with the name User Help.pdf or something close ... don't have it handy. Turns out it is the User Guide.
Because it is a pdf, it can be transferred to a computer without a complicated install process that may be prohibited by a network administrator. So, you could put this on your computer at work and look at it at lunch for example.
I have looked at every page, but not read each one. Looks good, especially the "Tips" parts. There is a valuable listing of keyboard shortcuts that goes on for pages!
