It looks like the break points are something like:

New Forum Visitor 0-100
Casual Forum Visitor 100 - 300
Regular Forum Visitor 300 - 800
Frequent Contributor 800 - 1200
Senior Contributor 1200-10000
Enlightened Elder 10000+

I guess you have to do a lot of visiting before you can contribute :confused:
